Faculty Web Space
Faculty members interested in creating a page on the Defiance College website, may do so by completed the appropriate form. Faculty that are not familiar with creating web pages, will have an opportunity for training in May.

CAP Office Hours

The Center for Adult and Graduate Programs office hours for the fall semester are as follows:

Monday - Thursday 8:00 am – 7:30 pm
Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Weekend College Friday 8:00 am – 10:00 pm
Weekend College Saturday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm

WebCT Availability
Please remember that the college has the availability of using WebCT. This tool can be of great help to students to review PowerPoint slides as well as other information. If you would like to utilize this program, please contact Amy and she can help you get things set up.

Test Proctoring
Our office is available to proctor tests for students who are unable to make it to class. We will ask that you complete a short form regarding the exam so the Center for Adult and Graduate Programs can proctor the exam correctly. Please be sure to contact us (or have the student contact us) 24 hours in advance to make arrangements.

Copier Codes
All copiers in Defiance Hall require a copier code. Please stop in our office if you need assistance.

Copying Services
If you have copies that you would like us to do for you ahead of class, please feel free to email these to us at cap@defiance.edu.

Looking for your mailbox combination? CAP has this information for you.

OneStop Web Utility
We are strongly encouraging students to forward their DC mail to whatever email address they use most frequently. This will allow you to utilize the OneStop feature of emailing your entire class.

Many of you are returning to DC this semester and are familiar with the services available on OneStop. If you have any questions regarding this feature, please be sure to contact Amy. She will be more than happy to help guide you through this process.
