DEFIANCE, Ohio – The first meeting of Different Paths, Shared Journey, a support group for parents of children of all ages across the autism spectrum (PDD-NOS, autism, Asperger Syndrome), will be held Wednesday, Feb. 9 at 10 a.m. at the Hench Autism Resource Center in the Pilgrim Library on the Defiance College Campus.
This group values informal, relaxed, and open conversation ranging from personal stories to successful (and not-so-successful) strategies and resources, and invites parents to take ownership of the group and determine its direction.
