Welcome to the Defiance College Presidential Search…

Defiance College is a special place and we are looking for a special leader.  One that will help us as we continue to achieve the vision we have long held and know is possible—that of a small college that develops unique individuals and who have the knowledge and skill to change the world.  We really mean that!  We truly believe Defiance College can become a change agent that not only provides opportunity for our students, but connects us globally in ways that will help us all make the world a better place in which to live.

We welcome you to our search process.  We have challenges, but also many wonderful stories to tell, accomplishments to share, and huge opportunities.
