William Sholl has joined the faculty of Defiance College in January 2015 after spending fifteen years as an adjunct instructor at a number of universities and colleges in the region. Prior to working in education, he had spent more than fifteen years in entrepreneurial organizations. He was the owner/founder of a regional chain of retail outlets and, prior to that, a small regional advertising agency. Sholl is interested in providing his students with real-world experiences to enhance their resumes and to help them be prepared for employment upon graduation.
