Dr. Namporn Thanetsunthorn is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Defiance College. Her research and teaching interests revolve around Organization Development/Behavior, Business Management, Business Ethics, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Dr. Thanetsunthorn’s work has been published in the Asian Journal of Business Ethics, Management Research Review, and the Organization Development Journal. She has presented papers at a number of major national and international conferences including the Academy of Management Annual Meeting (AOM), the Midwest Academy of Management, and the World Business Ethics Forum. Dr. Thanetsunthorn has won the 2015 Outstanding Research Paper Award on Ethical Issues in Consulting at the 75th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management.

Prior to joining Defiance College, Dr. Thanetsunthorn received her Ph.D. in Organization Development from Benedictine University, and M.A. in Political Science from the University of Nottingham, UK.
