DC Cross Country at Tiffin Invitational

TIFFIN, Ohio- DThe Defiance College Cross Country team participated in the Tiffin Invitational this past weekend in Tiffin, Ohio, with a solid performance displayed by the squad.

AIn the 3K run, Travis Treece came in 14th place, with a time of 10:19. Nic Alvarez placed 20th, clocking in at a time of 10:49. Adam Fullenkamp came in seven places behind Alvarez, as his time of 11:50 was good enough for 27th.

Paula Stambaugh was the top female finisher in the run, as she placed 30th with a time of 13:19. Three female DC runners all finished within the 14-minute mark, with Kasey Carlisle coming in at 15:49 and Kathy Fedele at16:04.

Defiance will host the DC Invitational this Saturday at 11:00 a.m.
