Football Announces Date for Alumni Golf Outing

DEFIANCE, Ohio – The Defiance College football program will host its annual Alumni Golf Outing on Saturday, May 3.
Registration will begin at 12:00 pm with a shotgun start slated for 1:00 pm. The day will wrap up with a dinner and reception that evening.

DEFIANCE, Ohio – For the second time in three years, a group of Defiance College student-athletes has earned a Community Service Award from the National Association of Division III Athletic Administrators and Jostens. Eighteen institutions and/or conferences across the country are being recognized for the impressive community service projects performed by their student-athletes during the 2006-07 academic year.

DEFIANCE, Ohio – One week after garnering First Team All-North Region honors, Luke Dillon has been selected to the www.D3football.com All-American Team. Dillon was one of 100 players to be named All-American, earning an Honorable Mention nod.
With the selection, Dillon becomes Defiance’s first All-American since Scott Heighland and Ryan Pfefferle were each named Honorable Mention after the 2003 season. Dillon is the third Yellow Jacket to become an All-American under the watchful eye of head coach Rob Taylor ... (read more)

Dillon, Snyder Named to All-North Region Team

DEFIANCE, Ohio – Defiance College’s Luke Dillon and Keith Snyder have been named to 2007 All-North Region Team as announced by www.D3football.com on Monday afternoon. The honor comes on the heels of the two players being named First Team All-HCAC.
