DEFIANCE, Ohio-- Just one week after being named to Team USA in the 2005 Aztec Bowl, Kris Zajac has added an All- Region honor to his trophy case, garnering All-North Region third-team recognition by D3football.com.

The all-region squads were selected from 177 nominations by Division III member schools.

Zajac totaled 84 tackles and league-leading 15.5 tackles-for-loss in 2005. adding 10 sacks, one interception and two pass break-ups for the Yellow Jackets, who improved from 1-9 in 2004 to 6-4 in his senior campaign.
