The Defiance College men's basketball squad spent two mornings in September assisting city workers and the Defiance Homebuilders Assocation with revitalizing a large vacant lot on Perry Street. A factory once stood here, and the city has committed to cleaning it up. The DC Basketball coaches and players donated their time to assist the city and the Homebuilders Association with the Perry Street Project.
