The Saints scored just ten minutes into the game and never looked back, scoring one more in the first half before tacking on four in the second 45 minutes of play. The Saints outshot DC 26-8, including 15-2 for shots on goal.

Michael Bell led the Jackets with two shots, while Matthew Johnson and Anthony Cornell each had shots on goal. Brandon Morgan tallied nine saves from his goalkeeper position.

The Yellow Jackets will return to action on Sunday, September 23, when they will travel to 14th ranked Capital for a non-league matchup. Kick-off is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.
