Yellow Jacket shut out at TU

Lexington, Ky.- The Defiance College men’s soccer team fell at Transylvania University on Saturday afternoon, 0-2.

Karl Eustache had two shots on goal to lead DC, while Jeff Meyer stopped seven Pioneer shots. Transylvania scored on goals by Corey Dillow and Brad McLean. Defiance led in corner kicks, 11-5, and tied Transy in fouls with 14 apiece.

The Jackets are now 3-9-0 on the season and 1-2-0 in the HCAC. They will next travel to Anderson on Wednesday for a 4:00 game with the Ravens.
