Jacket Tennis drops close match to Scots

DEFIANCE, Ohio—The Defiance College Tennis team narrowly fell to Alma College on Friday afternoon at the Dix Tennis Facility.

In the 4-5 loss there were several bright spots as Stefan Faerber and Nathan Butler won at #1 doubles, while Jeff Meyer and Jared Sponseller earned a win at the #3 spot. Faerber also won at #1 singles and Sponseller won at #3 singles.

The DC Jackets will next travel to Mount St. Joseph on Saturday, April 16th to face the Lions and the Hanover College Panthers.
