DC Volleyball defeats Yellow Jackets

--Springfield, Ohio—The DC Volleyball squad won their second game of the Wittenberg Tournament over Baldwin Wallace, 3-0.

The Jackets won by scores of 30-25, 30-25, 30-23. Mandy Owens led DC with 16 kills while Jill Evans led in assists with 27 and digs with 19. Nikki Retcher, Julie Steineman, and Evans each had 10 kills. Corrie Farley added 19 digs, while Steineman had two solo blocks and two block assists.

The Jackets will have a much anticipated rematch with the #7 nationally-ranked Polar Bears of Ohio Northern at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow. ONU swept the Lady Jackets on September 14th.
