Yellow Jacket Volleyball falls 1-3 at home to DePauw

DEFIANCE, Ohio—After taking game one 30-21 at the Karl H. Weaner Center, the Defiance College Volleyball team dropped three-straight games to the Tigers of DePauw University to fall to 14-10 on the season.

In the non-conference match-up, Danielle Rego led the way offensively with 19 kills. In the 30-21, 21-30, 28-30, 28-30 loss, Jill Evans led in assists with 39, while Julie Steineman registered 16 digs and seven blocks.

The Lady Jackets, still 4-1 in the Heartland Conference, travel to Manchester College on Tuesday for a 6:30 p.m. (CST) game.
