DC Volleyball active in community
DEFIANCE, Ohio—The Defiance College Volleyball squad has made a connection with area youth, chaperoning dances at the Defiance Youth Center.
Defiance adolescents, grades five-to-eight, participate in the |
|
dances, under the supervision of the Lady Jackets. The events give the youngsters a positive setting for social interaction, physical activity and a drug and alcohol-free environment.
The DC Volleyball squad sacrifices many of their Friday nights to help the center and serve as role models for the Defiance-area students.
