ALLIANCE, Ohio—The DC Yellow Jackets improve their record to 3-0 and advance to the semis of the Mt. Union Tournament with a 30-21, 30-19, 30-13 win over Kenyon College on Saturday morning. Julie Steineman was the team leader in kills and blocks for the third straight match with 11 and 12, respectively. while Jill Evans dished out 28 assists. Brittany Cooley handed out 24 assists and Corrie Farley added seven digs. Defiance plays Mt. Union at 3:00 p.m., and a win secures the Yellow Jackets a spot in the finals .
