Yellow Jacket Women's Soccer victorious on the road

--ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich.—The Defiance College women’s soccer team cruised to a 4-1 victory over Rochester College in Michigan on Monday afternoon.

The Yellow Jackets scored all four goals in the second half of play. Michelle Kavanagh had her second two-goal game in a row. Katie Klear also added an unassisted goal, and Dierdre Trujillo scored the fourth goal off of a free kick. Kaitlin Monberg assisted Kavanagh's two goals.

Sarah Sutter saved 10 of Rochester's 11 shots on goal, narrowly missing her second consecutive shutout.

The win moves the Jackets' record to 7-8-1. They end their season at Cincinnati when they take on Mount St. Joseph Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
