DC Women’s Soccer Ties Ursuline

--Oberlin, Ohio—In their first game of the ’04 season, the Lady Jackets tied Ursuline 1-1 on the Oberlin College campus on Saturday afternoon.

In a game that went into two overtimes, the Jackets got their lone score from freshman Michelle Kavanaugh (Williamston, Mich.) on an assist from junior Katie Klear (Continental, Ohio).

The Lady Jackets will face host Oberlin tomorrow at noon before returning home next week to face Case Western on Saturday.
