Lady Jackets fall to #18 Bishops

--Delaware, Ohio-- Trailing only 0-1 at the half to the nationally-ranked Ohio Wesleyan Bishops, the DC Lady Jackets fell 0-4 in women’s soccer action on Thursday night in Delaware, Ohio.

Sarah Sutter played well in goal, registering 26 saves in 90 minutes of action. Megan Murray got off two shots on goal, while Rachel Moore and Krista Gray managed one shot apiece.

Defiance College is now 7-3-2 on the year and will put their 2-0 conference mark on the line when they host Anderson University (5-5-1, 0-1 HCAC) on Wednesday at 4:00 p.m at Winsper-Knobel Memorial Stadium.
