Lady Jackets Fall to Huntington

--Defiance, Ohio—The Defiance College women’s tennis team fell at home Thursday afternoon to Huntington College, 7-2.

Huntington won two out of three double matches, while taking five out of six singles matches. For Defiance, Kacy

Vanderhorst and Kylee Von Deylen defeated Stacy Platt and Kyleigh Gast of Hungtington 9-7. In singles play, Erin Williams of Defiance beat Bachael Boersma 6-1, 7-5.

The loss drops Defiance to 2-6. The Yellow Jackets next play at Transylvania, against Anderson and Transylvania on Saturday, September 25.
