--Defiance, Ohio – The Defiance College women’s tennis team lost to Tiffin University at the Dix Tennis Center on Thursday afternoon.

In the 1-8 loss, freshman Amber Evans won against sophomore Laura Jeanblanc, 6-2, 6-2. Senior Kylee VonDeylen played well against Tiffin’s Ali Sosa, losing in three sets, 6-4, 4-6, 6-0.

The Lady Jackets are now 2-2 on the year and will next travel to Earlham on Saturday for a 10:00 a.m. match.
