Annual prom dress drive at Defiance College

Prom Dress ExtravaganzaDEFIANCE, Ohio - The Inter-Greek Council at Defiance College is collecting gently-used prom dresses for Prom Dress Extravaganza. Their goal is to help high school girls enjoy the high school prom experience even if they have a tight budget.

Prom dress donations may be dropped off at Butler Real Estate, 301 Clinton St., Defiance, or with Marissa Kosier by contacting her at mkosier001@defiance.edu.

The Prom Dress Extravaganza will take place March 18 and 19 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. in the Hive in Hubbard Hall on the College campus. Cost of dresses will range from $5 - $20.

All proceeds raised from the prom dress initiative will be used to benefit Greek Life retreats and future community outreach activities for the Inter-Greek Council. The Defiance College Inter-Greek Council is committed to promoting positive values, providing experiential learning opportunities, and developing a greater understanding among all Greek organizations.
