Leadership Northwest Ohio (LNWO) is a community education program co-sponsored by Defiance College and the Defiance Area Chamber of Commerce. LNWO is designed to develop the future community leaders of Northwest Ohio. Participants will be introduced to the critical issues facing our region and ideas for leading the region into the 21st century. The year-long learning experience culminates with team presentations that provide participants with the opportunity to demonstrate their learning by offering solutions to the challenges that face us.
 Program cost: $695 per participant

Program Goals

• Create a cohort of emerging leaders who are prepared to fulfill critical leadership roles in our communities and our region.
• Expose emerging community leaders to the critical issues that face our region.
• Provide program participants with the knowledge and resources to lead in their communities and our region.
