The Office of Career Development invites your organization to conduct on-campus interviews and will customize a recruiting plan to fit your organization’s needs. On-campus interviewing is typically used by employers with high-volume hiring needs to recruit for internship and entry-level positions; however it can also be used to recruit for experienced positions and for MBA candidates. The Office of Career Development requests that employers report salary data and job offers extended to Defiance College students. This data is reported to NACE to help employers monitor salary levels for recent graduates. You can report job offers through your College Central Network employer account.
