The Master of Arts in Education (MAE) is dedicated to enhancing and improving the skills, knowledge, attitudes, and competencies of current and future professionals in the fields of education and sport coaching. We are committed to preparing competent leaders, reflective facilitators of learning, and lifelong professionals in theory and research.
**Note: You must have a teaching license to apply!**
In just five semesters, licensed teachers have the option to:
- obtain a master's degree
- add an additional licensure area: K-12 Intervention Specialist Mild/Moderate
- obtain a K-12 Ohio Reading endorsement
Teachers with an initial license may also opt to complete only the courses to obtain a K-12 Intervention Specialist Mild/Moderate license (27 hours) or the courses to obtain a K-12 Ohio Reading Endorsement (15-18 hours).
