Are you looking for a place to hold your next business meeting, seminar, or workshop? Our campus offers facilities that will meet your needs and make you feel right at home.

The Serrick Campus Center offers three beautiful rooms that can accommodate your next meeting, seminar, or workshop. The Randall L. Buchman Room, Hubbard Family Banquet Room, and the Cultural Arts Center all offer comfortable settings for your next event. Additionally, two conference rooms are available for your smaller meetings. Defiance College Dining Service offers banquets, luncheons, or dinners that can be scheduled in conjunction to keep your event focused.

Do you need seating for groups of 200 or more? Then consider Schomburg Auditorium for your next company meeting or employee training seminar.

Our Audiovisual Office can provide equipment at an applicable fee for all the above areas, to insure that your event will be a success.

From a simple coffee break to an elegant event, Defiance College Dining Services is readily available for all your catering needs.

Our services include breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner and can accommodate any food service need from informal deli trays for the smallest group to full service dinners for three hundred.

We feature an extensive menu of casual and formal dining options. These include picnics, box meals, cafeteria style, buffets, and plate waited selections which can be served on campus or in your home or office. Additionally, we showcase a renowned bakery which provides specialty cakes, pastries, and desserts that are guaranteed to melt the strongest of wills.

Defiance College Retreat Center at Yokefellow

Nestled on a small rise along a winding country road just minutes from Defiance and Bryan is the Defiance College Retreat Center at Yokefellow. Beautiful ax-hewn beams greet each visitor as they enter the front door. In January 2006, the former Yokefellow Spiritual Retreat Center was donated to Defiance College by the Yokefellow Board of Trustees. Defiance College will maintain Yokefellow as a vital center for campus and outside group events.

The center has hosted a myriad of church groups, school groups, adult retreats, sports and business teams, pastoral and counselor groups, social agencies, planning groups, family and class reunions, showers, receptions, and holiday gatherings.

Whether the need is for a few hours, a day, or an overnight stay, Yokefellow is a place without distractions that has the amenities of home. There are 22 beds, several large and small meeting areas, and a full kitchen. Meals may be brought in, prepared on site, or catered.

Outside grounds, beautiful garden area and patio add to the experience. The beauty and serenity of Yokefellow allow each individual and group to step back from their hectic demands and focus on their purpose for being together.

The property manager is Julie Godfrey. The Defiance College Retreat Center at Yokefellow is located at 2603 Evansport Road, Evansport, Ohio.
