Steps for borrowing materials from the Media Resource Center:

1. Memberships are no longer accepted or needed; churches that wish to borrow material from the Media Center should simply register with the Pilgrim Library as community patrons. Although membership fees are no longer charged, all costs of shipping are now the responsibility of the borrower.

2. Contact the library with the name of the video(s) you wish to borrow, as well as the following information to register as a library patron:

• Name of church
• Name of contact person
• Address and phone number
• E-mail address, if one is available
• Date(s) you wish to use video(s)
• Contact the library at 419-783-2482 or library@defiance.edu

3. Borrowing period will be for 4 weeks. One renewal is allowed, unless the material is needed by another patron.

4. Please place your request about 7 days prior to the day you wish to use the material. This will allow time to locate the material and mail it to you, as well as time for you to mail it back after use.

5. The borrower will be responsible to reimburse postage for mailing to them and for return postage when sending material back.
