To Order
Orders can be placed by phone, fax, email, or postal mail.

When ordering please give the following information:

• Give show date
• Title and number of video/media
• Person requesting video
• Church's name and the address
• Church's telephone number
• Church's E-mail address
  

You will receive your requested item at a minimum of six days prior to the showing date. If you have not received your request, call the Library immediately so we can track the video.

PLEASE RETURN THE VIDEO THE DAY IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE SHOW DATE UNLESS YOU HAVE MADE SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE MEDIA CENTER.

All resources in the Media Center are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, broadcasted, cablecasted, or used without written permission from the copyright holder. Admission cannot be charged for showings nor can showings be advertised for the purpose of raising money. Users assume full responsibility for violation of copyright laws.
