What is Student Support Services?
TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) is a federally funded program dedicated to providing individualized support and academic resources to ENGAGE students in their college experience, empower them to PERSIST through challenges, and GRADATE from Defiance College.

Who is eligible?

This program serves students who are low income and/or will be the first in their family to graduate with a four-year degree and/or have a disability.

Why Join?

TRIO SSS offers FREE support to manage the thrilling and challenging aspects of college. This includes: enhanced academic support, priority registration, priority internship placement, community building, personal growth and career development beyond Jacket Journey.
