The Admissions Office welcomes visitors Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and most Saturday mornings in September through May from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Please give us a call at 419-783-2359 or 1-800-520-GO-DC (4632) at least one week in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements to insure an enjoyable and productive visit.

featured in Seventeen magazine
Defiance College sophomore Christina-Marie Drake, Oakwood, is featured in the October issue of Seventeen magazine. She is named among young women who are making a difference in an article entitled, “You Can Change the World” by Jessica Press. Drake’s “Changing the World” contribution was to raise over $15,000 for diabetes, cancer, music education and other causes by organizing concerts.

Dr. Don Buerk along with McMaster Scholars Laura Derov and Rebecca Zebrowski appeared on a recent airing of "Deadline NOW" on WGTE Channel 30 to talk about their McMaster trip to Cambodia in June. DC to offer Minor in Autism Studies
Defiance College will offer a minor in autism studies beginning the fall semester of the 2009-10 academic year. The minor in autism studies, open to students in all majors, is designed to educate students about the unique needs of persons with autism and their families and is supported by the Hench Autism Studies Program.
