Annual Holiday Pops Concert by Defiance College Community Band

DEFIANCE, Ohio - The music of the season can be heard from the Defiance College Community Band (DCCB) in their 10th annual Holiday Pops performance. The concert will be held Tuesday, Dec. 6, at 7 p.m. at the Defiance Community Auditorium, downtown Defiance.

The performance will feature holiday favorites, including Leroy Anderson’s “A Christmas Festival” and “Sleigh Ride,” and a Christmas sing-a-long. In addition, the band will accompany vocal soloist Randy Schroeder and dancers Courtney Lawson, Kennedy Kroeckel, and Kerrington Kroeckel. There will be a special guest appearance from Santa Claus.

To include children of all ages, the show will have an earlier curtain time at 7 p.m., with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. Admission is free and the event is open to the public. The ushers will collect a free-will offering at the conclusion of the concert.
