Timeline for Poster Presentations: Apply to present by March 8; Create your poster; Receive faculty approval of your poster by March 26; Upload your poster by April 5 using the link sent to your DC email after faculty approval; Present your poster on April 14 at your assigned time!Click here for poster-making tips & tricks (PDF)!

Please note:

  • All applications to present are due March 8, 2021.
  • Individual oral presentations will be live (location TBD), so there is no submission required other than the application.
  • All panels must be scheduled to record within the month of March. Please contact Mia Mathews to schedule and work with a faculty member to prepare.
  • Posters must be submitted to/approved by faculty no later than 4 p.m. on March 26.
  • All posters will be presented online. No posters will be printed.
  • All posters should be created in Microsoft PowerPoint as a custom size of 24"x36" and exported as a PDF for submission.
