To be considered for grants and loans, students must be degree seeking and meet any additional eligibility requirements.
Students who would like to be considered for grants and loans must complete the 2014 - 2015 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form if they haven't already done so.
Financial Aid for Transient Students
Transient students who would like to possibly receive Financial Aid for enrolling in a class(s) at Defiance College will need to contact their home institutions Financial Aid Office and request for assistance with a Consortium Agreement form. Once completed, the Consortium Agreement should be sent to the Defiance College Financial Aid Office for processing.

Alternative loans are available to undergraduate and graduate students up to unmet costs of education. Credit approval of borrower is required. Interest and repayment options vary by lender. For more information, go to the FastChoice Website. You can also contact the Financial Aid office for more information.
When using Alternative Loans, all loans must be ready to disburse to the school by the payment deadline.

You are responsible to pay any amount not covered by your employer. You will not be registered for a course unless we have payment or have the deferred payment option completed.
Defiance College is fully approved for the certification of educational benefits for veterans and veterans' dependents under both federal and state veterans administration programs.
