Mission Statement
Student Activities

The Office of Student Activities is responsible for scheduling positive, co-curricular activities for students on and off campus. The programs enhance the social, educational, and cultural experiences for students at Defiance College.

Programming
The Director of Student Activities acts as the advisor for the Campus Activities Board, Yearbook, and Greek Life at Defiance College. The office also coordinates all student organizations on campus, as well as Freshman Orientation. Some of these events include concerts, comedians, hypnotists, and theatrical presentations brought right on campus for the students to enjoy. In addition, trips off campus for such events hockey games, skiing, theatre, and cosmic bowling allow our students the opportunity to get away from campus and enjoy events in surrounding communities. Larger events, like Family Weekend, Homecoming, and Lil' Sibs Weekend, are planned through Student Activities by the Campus Activities Board (CAB).
